Position Overview:
We're in search of driven Sales Representatives who will spearhead both inside and outside sales efforts. As a vital member of the Pelican Roofing sales team, you'll be responsible for generating your own leads as well as call on company provided leads.
- Educate clients on roofing products, services, and solutions tailored to their needs.
- Prepare and present quotes, proposals, and contracts to prospective clients.
- Coordinate with the installation team to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to inform sales strategies.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process and beyond to foster long-term relationships.
